These terms govern use of the website depilament.buzz and general information about services offered by Linia Press at Str. Memorandumului 22, 400114 Cluj-Napoca, Romania. By browsing the site you agree to these terms. For bookings, additional conditions may appear in confirmation emails.

Studio services

Workshop places, open press sessions, and print sales are offered subject to availability. Descriptions on this site are informative; schedules, prices, and edition availability may change. A booking is confirmed only when we reply in writing (email or other agreed channel). Deposits and cancellation windows for workshops are stated in the confirmation message.

Studio conduct

Visitors must follow safety guidance for carving tools and inks, respect shared equipment, and leave benches clean. We may refuse or end a session if behaviour endangers people or property. Adults are responsible for their own belongings. We are not liable for ordinary wear on clothing caused by ink when reasonable precautions were explained.

Intellectual property

Site text, layout, and photographs remain the property of Linia Press or their respective rights holders. Linocut designs and editions remain the intellectual property of the artists who created them unless a written agreement says otherwise. You may not reproduce workshop materials for commercial teaching without permission.

Website disclaimer

We aim for accurate information but do not warrant that the site is uninterrupted or error-free. External links, if any, are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for third-party content. To the extent permitted by Romanian consumer law, liability for browsing the informational website is limited to cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Consumers resident in the EU retain mandatory protections under applicable consumer legislation. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably may be brought before the competent courts in Cluj-Napoca, without prejudice to mandatory consumer venues.
