Data we collect

When you use our appointment or contact form, we receive the name, email address, preferred date, and message you choose to send. If you call or email us directly, we process the details you provide to answer your request. Technical logs from our hosting provider may include IP address, browser type, and access time for security and availability. We do not sell personal data.

Purposes and legal bases

We use your details to respond to enquiries, schedule workshops or press time, manage print reservations, and—where required—meet accounting or legal obligations. Legal bases include performance of a contract or steps prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), our legitimate interest in running a secure studio website (Art. 6(1)(f)), and consent where you allow optional analytics cookies (Art. 6(1)(a)). You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.

Retention

Enquiry messages are kept only as long as needed to complete the conversation and related booking, typically up to twenty-four months unless a longer period is required for invoices or disputes. Cookie preference choices remain in your browser until you clear storage or change settings.

Recipients and transfers

Hosting and email providers may process data as processors under written terms. We do not intend to transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area. If that becomes necessary, we will use an appropriate GDPR transfer mechanism.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests, subject to GDPR conditions.
